- Production time: 6 to 13 calendar days
- Weekly production cut-off: Wednesday, 5 PM (Brisbane time)
- Urgent orders (aligners or Essix retainers only): Overnight production available with delivery within 2 to 3 days
Other Lab Works
(Splints, wires, ortho appliances, mouthguards, etc.)
- Production time: 7 to 14 calendar days
- Weekly production cut-off: Monday, 5 PM (Brisbane time)
Shipping & Delivery
- All orders are dispatched on Mondays via Australia Post (Express Service).
- Estimated delivery times:
- Queensland: 1 to 2 business days
- All other Australian states: 1 to 3 business days
- New Zealand / New Caledonia / Tahiti: 3 to 5 business days (+ customs clearance time)
